Role Definition

The WorldGrad, the world's largest study abroad program platform is looking out for sales-oriented, talented and experienced counselors to join our growing student admissions team.

As an admissions counselor, you will be responsible for:-

1. Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions.

2. Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every student’s individual requirement.

3. Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas

Who are we looking for?

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

6+ months of professional experience in sales and student servicing.

Student Counseling Experience: any of the study destinations : USA, UK, Australia, Canada and Dubai

High levels of empathy, patience and confidence

Comfort to meet and counsel students and their parents

Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad

Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off. (. Candidates will work for 5 days in a week, 6 days in the following week, and repeat that)
