Fluent in English The incumbent will be responsible for handling walk ins, outbound calling ,face-to-face counselling, the profile would involve pre-sales & sales, end-to-end coordination for all inquiries, responsible for offline activities, job responsibility would be similar to an educational counselor.

Urgently required Admission Counselor for Thane West, Mumbai location. Candidates having 1 to 3 years of admission counseling or sales experience will be preferred. BMS / MBA in marketing freshers are also welcome.

Achieve allocated calling targets.Counselling Students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.To manage student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.Interaction with students and parents on routine basisClarifying doubts of students and parents.Managing fee structure & fee software for different programs.Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.Convincing and coordination skills.Give a basic sales pitch to the students.Daily Follow-up to the inquiries should be done without negligence.Call students from database generated and Leads Assigned Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily BasisDoing Data Entry in System as per Software and Maintaining Records.Maintain strong follow up with studentsMaintain accurate and complete student records.Lead generation through cold callingExplaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
