-make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.

-handle inbound inquiries, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.

-maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude during customer interactions.

-identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.

-follow up with customers to ensure sales closure and client satisfaction.

-maintain regular contact with clients to ensure repeat business.

-maintain accurate call logs and lead data in crm or excel sheets.

-prepare daily/weekly call reports and share them with the reporting manager.
