Job Description

-Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.

-Handle inbound inquiries, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.

-Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude during customer interactions.

-Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations.

-Follow up with customers to ensure sales closure and client satisfaction.

-Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure repeat business.

-Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in CRM or Excel sheets.

-Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share them with the reporting manager.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
