We as a company looking for young and vibrant candidates, we are hiring candidates for holistic management profile. We are recruiting candidates for the position of BUSINESS ASSOCIATE where first 3 months ( based on your performance ) there will be training which is completely based on Customer acquisition, brand promotion/building, event management and then 6 months ( based on your performance ) training on Human resource, Finance Management and Administration. After a successful completion of the training the selected BUSINESS ASSOCIATE will be promoted to the middle level management position as a BUSINESS MANAGER.

As a management trainee, one gets exposed to a generic 5 level training module which has been successfully implemented.

LEVEL 1:- SYSTEMS AND CLIENT REPRESENTATION

LEVEL 2: - DEVELOPMENT INTO A LEADER

LEVEL 3:- DEVELOPMENT INTO TEAM LEADER

LEVEL 4:- DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. MANAGER

LEVEL 5:- DEVELOPMENT INTO A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Age Limit: 18-24 years

Qualification- Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

Remuneration: Rs. 2, 40,000/- to 5, 80,000/- per Annum. ( PERFORMANCE BASED )
