we as a company looking for young and vibrant candidates, we are hiring candidates for holistic management profile. we are recruiting candidates for the position of business associate where first 3 months ( based on your performance ) there will be training which is completely based on customer acquisition, brand promotion/building, event management and then 6 months ( based on your performance ) training on human resource, finance management and administration. after a successful completion of the training the selected business associate will be promoted to the middle level management position as a business manager.

as a management trainee, one gets exposed to a generic 5 level training module which has been successfully implemented.

level 1:- systems and client representation

level 2: - development into a leader

level 3:- development into team leader

level 4:- development into an asst. manager

level 5:- development into a business development manager

qualification- any graduate / any post graduate

remuneration: rs. 2, 40,000/- to 5, 80,000/- per annum. ( performance based )
