-develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.

-identify target markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.

-prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

-lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

-conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and mentoring for team members.

-recruit and onboard new sales staff as needed.

-build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
