We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in field sales and a passion for building new business opportunities in the healthcare technology and patient management software industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits and direct client meetings.

Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare businesses.

Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Demonstrate patient management software to prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Maintain records of visits, leads, meetings and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the internal team for product demos and onboarding.

🔹 Requirements

✅ 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

✅ Comfortable with regular field visits across Delhi NCR.

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

✅ Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, Software or Medical Sales preferred.

✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
