The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product design, from concept development to production, ensuring structural integrity, thermal efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop data center racks, enclosures, and related mechanical systemsCreate 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and thermal considerations for rack systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, electrical, supply chain) to ensure design feasibilityWork on prototyping, testing, and validation of designsSupport new product development (NPD) and continuous improvement initiativesTroubleshoot design issues and implement corrective actionsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor
