role overview:
we are seeking a business development executive with experience in it sales and a passion for gaming.
the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of wozo gaming’s products and services in the global gaming and igaming market.
key responsibilities:
identify and generate new b2b leads in the gaming, igaming, and casino sectors.
build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and new opportunities.
present and promote wozo gaming’s solutions (game development, art, rgs, etc.) to clients.
prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth handover to project teams.
collaborate with internal teams (art, design, tech) to align client requirements.
maintain crm records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
requirements:
experience: 2-3 years in business development / sales in it or gaming industry with b2b clients.
knowledge of gaming & igaming is a plus: understanding of casino games, social casino, game engines, rgs, game art, etc.
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
ability to work independently and proactively to generate leads.
comfortable with target-based compensation; goal-oriented mindset.
good networking skills; able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
familiarity with sales tools / crms (. salesforce, hubspot).
good understanding of contracts, pricing models in it / software / games.
