this role requires a strategic leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive the company growth and profitability.

key responsibilities:-

leadership: lead and inspire a diverse team across various departments including project management, finance, marketing, and sales.

strategic planning: develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

project oversight: ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining quality standards and timelines.

financial management: oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting. monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

stakeholder engagement: build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.

risk management: identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

performance management: establish kpis for departments, monitor performance, and implement improvements as necessary.

talent development: foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

bachelor's

qualifications:-

bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field (mba preferred).

minimum 01-03 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.

proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.

strong financial understanding and experience in budget management.

excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
