Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the companys growth through targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.

- Identify and approach potential clients via email, calls, social media, and networking.

- Present and promote GMTA Softwares services to prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals.

- Follow up on leads and drive conversion into long-term business.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client interaction details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.

- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
