Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company€™s growth through targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.

- Identify and approach potential clients via email, calls, social media, and networking.

- Present and promote GMTA Software€™s services to prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals.

- Follow up on leads and drive conversion into long-term business.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client interaction details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.

- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
