**Position Title: Sr.Civil Eng /APM**Job Overview:**The Civil Engineer is responsible for the construction, and maintenance of industrial, commercial , residential projects, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and meet regulatory standards. This position involves working on large-scale projects that can include roads, bridges, dams, buildings, and utilities, etc**Key Responsibilities:**- *Billing and Planning:**Review blueprints, specifications, and plans for construction projects. Ensure that designs adhere to engineering principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.- Check measurement and contractor bills, prepare bills.- **Project Management:** Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.- **Site Supervision:** To monitor progress, resolve issues, drawing adherence and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- **Analysis:** Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis, assessing environmental impacts, materials, and resources needed for projects.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, contractor s, environmental engineers, and other specialists to ensure all aspects of a project are coordinated.- **Report Preparation:** Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.**Required Qualifications:**- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- **Experience:** Previous 5-8 experience in civil engineering, construction of industrial , commercial, residential projects.- **Skills:**- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project. **Working Conditions:**- Typically work on a construction site or in an office setting.- May require occasional travel to various project sites.- Fieldwork may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and long hours.Location is Pune COMPANY name- POLESTAR INFRAPROTECH LLP.
