Job Description

Qualification : BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation.

Should be fluent in Spoken & Written English, Spoken Hindi

Knowledge of Spoken Marathi will be an added advantage

Should be able to communicate effectively both with external as well as the internal Customers.

Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel and Outlook at a reasonably good

speed

Should be a good learner , enough to acquire the Product knowledge in the course of training period.

Should be able to acquire in the course of training period , an adequate working knowledge of Commercial terms

and conditions, commercial documentation, Taxes etc.

Job Responsibilities

Understanding customer's technical requirements (over Phone or email) and selecting a Product or Service

suitable for that customer

Providing Support to Field Sales team , Product cost estimation and submitting the Proposals to the Customer

Order receipt and Order Processing. Maintaining the Sales Funnel for respective Field Engineers.

Co-ordination with Customer as well as the internal departments in execution of work

Facilitating various Processes like Drawing Approvals, Order amendments, Inspection, Despatch clearances and

other co-ordination work post Sales.

Attending various customer issues /requirements.
