Product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly Able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.Technical Competence & Skills: Understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. GD&T will be a plus point. Selection of Gearbox, induction motor, Servo motor, Stepper Motor, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Bearings, Pneumatic parts. Coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals. DAP approval from client. Knowledge of sheet metal pressing & fabrication process Ability to communicate.

Prepare Heat Load Calculations For Chilled Water, Ventilation Project As Well As VRFProject, Develop Schematic For Proposed System Including High Side And Low Side, Develop P & ID, Develop BOQ As Per P & ID And Schematic In Line With Technical Details, Write System Proposals And Case Studies, Prepare Accurate Costing, Proposing Alternate Solutions Creating Quotations/Offers In Response To Customer Inquiries Helping Sales Team In Positioning In An Enquiry Technical Discussion with Customer / Consultant. Good Written And Communication Skill.
