SR. Civil Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager

Position Title: l Eng /APM

Job Overview:

The Civil Engineer is responsible for the construction, and maintenance of industrial, commercial , residential projects, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and meet regulatory standards. This position involves working on large-scale projects that can include roads, bridges, dams, buildings, and utilities, etc

Key Responsibilities:

- *Billing and Planning:Review blueprints, specifications, and plans for construction projects. Ensure that designs adhere to engineering principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Check measurement and contractor bills, prepare bills.

- Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Site Supervision: To monitor progress, resolve issues, drawing adherence and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis, assessing environmental impacts, materials, and resources needed for projects.

- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractor s, environmental engineers, and other specialists to ensure all aspects of a project are coordinated.

- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience: Previous 5-8 experience in civil engineering, construction of industrial , commercial, residential projects.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and software (., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project. Working Conditions:

- Typically work on a construction site or in an office setting.

- May require occasional travel to various project sites.

- Fieldwork may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and long hours.
