As a Picker & Packer, you will play an important role in ensuring that products are picked accurately and packed securely for shipping. Your duties will involve working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets and support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Picking Products:** Select items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the right products are chosen accurately and efficiently.

- **Packing Orders:** Carefully pack products to prevent damage during shipping, using appropriate materials and techniques to secure items.

- **Labeling Packages:** Accurately label packages with shipping information, ensuring that all labels are clear and correct for proper delivery.

- **Maintaining Inventory:** Assist in keeping track of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or low stock situations to management.

- **Following Safety Guidelines:** Adhere to safety protocols while handling products and operating equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
