ESD, F&G systems (ICSS projects)Ownership to deliver technically correct solution to customers within agreed scheduleWork closely with Engineering Supervisor, other Leads and Project Manager.Understand the customers project Specifications, RFQ, Architecture, etc.,To develop Functional Design Specification/ Design specs / Architecture / BOMTo Independently carry out Control System Hardware and Software Detail Design Engineering(including HMI), Application Development, Testing, Integration of Hardware, FAT withcustomer at factory as per project duration, Site Commissioning, system Cut-overs, LoopChecking.To develop Typical / Templates for Complex Loops and develop project specific standardsTo read, understand P&IDs, Control Narratives, Logic diagrams, etc.Monitor and control assigned work scope against the project plan, ensures effective changecontrol and identifies risks / opportunitiesEnsures that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality,standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process and ensure thework completion by engaging pool of engineerscommissioning and hand over the project to customerEnsure common methods, techniques, tools and products as agreed by the knowledgecommunities / Process Owner Group (POG) Leaders are being effectively applied and providefeedback for future improvementEnsures that the implementation of application engineers is reviewed with respect to projectstandards and quality documentsEnsures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the customer by doingthorough quality checksUsage of engineering tools for optimization of Engineering man hours

Job Description HVAC System Design Engineer (Mech.)1. Assist to the Engineering Manager to overview the engineering and design aspect upon confirmation of project. Based on Technical Agreement/ Specification, GA. Contract Requirement, and Scope of supply etc. via contract review to carry out design.2. Co-ordinate with Engineering Manager, Purchasing Department and Production Department to generate drawings.3. Preparing Drawing and submit for Approval; liaise with Customer/ Class on Technicality aspect to finalized on the design.4. Based on Feedback/ Comments to prepare Working Plan incorporating all comments, and assist to Purchasing Department on the Material Requisition for Clarification of Approval.5. Generate Test Protocol based on design output for the Commissioning Engineer and submit for approval. And prepare Instruction Manual and Final Drawings for Submission.6. Carry out product inspection and in-charge of product quality conforming to Standard; issue Non-conformance Report for Irregularity and assist in Rectification.7. Seek and improve performance of product/ equipment and production process.8. Attend to site meeting and inspection to verify work carry out by production team and provide solution to solve difficult site problem.9. Liaise with GM, Production Department for the range of standard product and detail design of all in house products.REQUIREMENT1. Degree in Marine Engineering of HVAC System/Equivalents.2. At least Three (3) Years Related Experience in HVAC System.3. Good Office Coordination Skill/Interpersonal Skill.4. Independent and Resourceful.5. Expert in Microsoft Office and AutoCad Software.6.
