Key Responsibilities

Panel Design, Engineering & Drafting

Schematic & Layout Design: Design electrical schematic drawings, component layout diagrams, and wiring diagrams using CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) or manual drafting.

Component Sourcing & Bill of Materials (BOM): Prepare detailed BOMs, selecting right-sized circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB, ACB), contactors, relays, timers, PLCs, HMI, and busbars based on load requirements.

Standards Compliance: Ensure all panel designs conform to relevant Indian Standards (IS) and international electrical safety codes.

Assembly Supervision, Wiring & Testing

Wiring & Fabrication Supervision: Supervise shop-floor technicians during enclosure fabrication, busbar bending/mounting, component fixing, and internal wiring.

Quality Control & Testing: Conduct thorough continuity checks, insulation resistance (Megger) testing, high-voltage (HV) tests, and functional/simulation testing of control logic prior to dispatch.

Site Troubleshooting & Documentation: Coordinate with installation teams for on-site panel commissioning, fault-finding, and maintenance of complete as-built wiring manuals.
