About the Job

Swaroop IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team.

This is a full-time field-based opportunity for candidates who have completed a Hardware & Networking course or have basic IT support knowledge.

Required Skills

Basic Computer / Laptop Hardware Knowledge

Desktop / Laptop Formatting and Windows Installation

Software Installation and Troubleshooting

Basic Networking Knowledge

LAN Cable Crimping and Network Troubleshooting

Printer Installation and Basic Troubleshooting

Basic Router / Switch Knowledge

CCTV / DVR Basic Knowledge is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

Visit customer offices / sites for IT support.

Handle computer, laptop, printer and networking-related issues.

Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.

Provide on-site technical support to customers.

Travel to customer locations as required.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹9,000 per month

Travelling Allowance: Separate, as per company policy
