### About the Job

Swaroop IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team.

This is a full-time field-based opportunity for candidates who have completed a Hardware & Networking course or have basic IT support knowledge.

### Required Skills

* Basic Computer / Laptop Hardware Knowledge

* Desktop / Laptop Formatting and Windows Installation

* Software Installation and Troubleshooting

* Basic Networking Knowledge

* LAN Cable Crimping and Network Troubleshooting

* Printer Installation and Basic Troubleshooting

* Basic Router / Switch Knowledge

* CCTV / DVR Basic Knowledge is an added advantage

### Job Responsibilities

* Visit customer offices / sites for IT support.

* Handle computer, laptop, printer and networking-related issues.

* Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.

* Provide on-site technical support to customers.

* Travel to customer locations as required.

### Salary & Benefits

* Salary: ₹9,000 per month

* Travelling Allowance: Separate, as per company policy
