Manage network, load balancers, firewalls in the customer environmentManage operational maintenance, security, and availability of infrastructurePerform analysis and diagnosis of complex issues, troubleshoot and resolve to restore servicesPerform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disastersPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as part of problem managementAssist in analyzing historical usage for tracking and trendingIdentify performance bottleneck and suggest for the improvementsImplement capacity improvement planDevelop and maintain the Technical Disaster Recovery Plan. Provide technical support during disaster. Execute Technical Disaster Recovery plan during DR and DR drill.Remediate security vulnerabilities identified by IT Security teamPrepare and manage HLD & LLD, process and technical documentationCCIE ( R&S / datacenter / security) , firewall certificationInfoblox / BlueCat certification, F5/Citrix NetScaler certification, Palo Alto/Checkpoint certificationExperience on designing, implementing and managing large scale DC environmentIn-depth knowledge of IPv4, IPv6 , DNS/DHCP, IP Address ManagementExperience in managing LAN/WAN/WLANExperience in managing load balancers (F5, NetScalar), IPAM (Infoblox), internet gatewaysGood hands-on experience on installation and configuration of network (switches, routers) and security devices (firewalls) and network services (like NTP, RADIUS/TACACS/AAA etc.)Good experience in managing/integrating cloud networking ( Azure/AWS/GCP), having hand-on experience on configuration of cloud network and security configurationsBasic Knowledge on any Scripting language like PowerShell, Python, etc.Should have knowledge of ITIL processes.
