Roles & Responsibilities:Connect with different levels of industry experts and schedule appointments.Analyse and complete the client queries by recruiting experts for various research projects.On-boarding of industry experts for different domains of industry.Meeting and exceeding goals and metrics on multiple high priority expert recruiting projects, at any given time.Conducting research surveys over the phone with international respondents. Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of communication like telephonic interviews like Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviews & Computer Assisted Web Interviews, and gather relevant and niche data. Make outbound calls different types of industry experts. Networking and Contact Building with various Industry Experts to get Insights, Perspectives, ideas for different projects. Collaborating with different departments of Market Research for Qualitative and Quantitative Research.Independently managing your recruiting pipeline covering cold calling pitching, screening & networking.Skills & Attributes:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
