Provide coaching and support to help team members grow in their roles.2. **Customer Engagement**: Welcome customers into the showroom and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.3. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.4. **Inventory Management**: Oversee showroom inventory levels to ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Coordinate with suppliers to restock popular items in a timely manner.5. **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports for management.
