We are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to lead our sales team and enhance customer experiences in our Kolkata showroom. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high service standards. Provide coaching and support to help team members grow in their roles.
2. **Customer Engagement**: Welcome customers into the showroom and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
4. **Inventory Management**: Oversee showroom inventory levels to ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Coordinate with suppliers to restock popular items in a timely manner.
5. **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports for management. Use these insights to discuss performance with your team and explore strategies for improvement.
