The Showroom manager will manage the overall showroom operations of a two-wheeler dealership. The manager will be required to meet sales targets, oversee the design of the showroom, mentor employees & monitor inventory. You will manage the staff & resources, ensure that procedures are followed & will coordinate with other managers.Showroom Manager Duties:- Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers- Properly maintain and update showroom displays- Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, cleanliness, and cleanliness- conduct regular staff meetings- Oversee showroom operations, including day-to-day maintenance- Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends- Attend customer demonstrations- Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroomShowroom Manager Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the dealerships showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, displays, and the spaces overall appearance and ambience- Handle customer sales and purchase requests- Maintain and manage inventory- Manage the staff and resources- Assist with dealership marketing and promotions- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers- Perform other duties as assignedRequirements And Skills:- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business management or other related field- 3+ years experience in a showroom management role- Strong knowledge of automobiles, sales strategies, and showroom operations- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to effectively manage staff and resources- Hardworking, sincere, trustworthy & professional
