Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Provide support for Windows / macOS / Linux operating systems and applications.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Handle user queries related to software, email, antivirus, and office applications.Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access permissions).Perform system upgrades, patch updates, and security configurations.

Key Responsibility Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting. Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting. knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners. Identification of problems and providing technical solutions. Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
