Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Provide support for Windows / macOS / Linux operating systems and applications.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Handle user queries related to software, email, antivirus, and office applications.

Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access permissions).

Perform system upgrades, patch updates, and security configurations.
