Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy female candidate to join our team as a Client Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of website development, digital marketing, and IT support. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, the ability to interact with clients effectively, and proficiency in MS Office for administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction Handle calls and communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and promote our services. Service Consultation Explain and consult clients about our services, including website design & development, digital marketing, and IT solutions. Lead Generation & Follow-ups Engage with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain follow-ups to convert inquiries into business. Technical Support & Coordination Provide basic IT support related to website management, digital marketing insights, and admin tasks. Administrative Support Manage documentation, reports, and client databases using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Collaboration Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC), and IT support. Client Handling Skills Strong ability to engage with clients, explain technical services, and maintain professional relationships. MS Office Proficiency Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for administrative work. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in client interaction, IT support, or digital marketing. Multitasking & Problem-Solving Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
