As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive first impression of our company.Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. Phone & Email Management: Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and redirect to relevant departments. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Mail Handling: Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing deliveries. Administrative Support: Assist with filing, office organization, and supporting team members with general office duties. Office Supplies: Keep track of office inventory and reorder supplies as needed.What We're Looking For: Education: High School Diploma (Graduation is a plus). Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Customer Service is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general office equipment. Qualities: Friendly, well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a professional demeanor.
