Greet and welcome Patients & other visitors as they arrive at Hospital. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and Hospital Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.Pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintainhospitalsecurity by following safety procedures and controlling access via thereception desk Orderfrom Hospitalsupplies and keep inventory of stock Must have knowledge of Computer work inclusive of soft entries, excel, ms word document. Software handling of hospital for billing, IPD, OPD files [ training will be provided] Petty cash & other expenses handling.
