Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters. Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed. Maintain Database: Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems. Sales Support: Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions. Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident phone demeanor and convincing skills. Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage (especially in real estate). Sales-Oriented: Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and work towards achieving targets. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer data efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools to track and manage leads. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil & English.
