The Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packing operations and ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role involves supervising a team of packers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining quality control standards. The Packing Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates with other departments to meet production goals and customer satisfaction.

Fill application form : https://forms.gle/9J6d1jxS2cu39ibU7Roles and Responsibilities:-Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.-Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.-Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.-Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.-Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.-Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.-Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.-Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.-Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.Experience:-Experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.-Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.Required Skills:-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.-Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP is mandatory.-Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Auditor's training, etc.-Strong discipline and attention to detail.-Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.

Supervision of Factory Operations:Oversee daily factory operations, including production, dispatch, and quality control.Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.Supervise factory staff and maintain a productive work environment.2. Documentation Handling:Manage and maintain all factory-related documents, including production reports, inventory logs, dispatch records, and quality control documents.Handle MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy.Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.3. Billing & Dispatch CoordinationSupervise billing procedures and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Coordinate with logistics for the dispatch of finished products.Track and manage the movement of goods within the factory and to clients.4. Sales & PurchaseOversee and monitor raw material procurement and maintain inventory records.Coordinate with the sales team for product delivery and ensure all purchase orders are fulfilled on time.5. Team Management-Lead and train factory staff to ensure they are performing their tasks efficiently.Resolve staff issues and maintain discipline on the factory floor.Monitor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.Desired SkillsStrong experience in supervising factory operations in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.Excellent documentation and organizational skills.Knowledge of MIS and billing systems.Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
