Analyze site conditions and produce designs that meet safety and regulatory standards.- Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.- Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and quality. Identify any issues and recommend solutions to ensure project compliance.- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to team members and clients. Address any engineering-related queries and provide solutions to challenges that arise.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are vital, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
