roles and responsibilities:

-make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.

-create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.

-create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.

-ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.

-maintain records of production input, output, wastage and wip on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

-ensure production processes, as established by the r&d team, are followed meticulously.

-ensure gmp(good manufacturing practices) and ghp(good hygiene practices) are being followed on the production floor.

-collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.

-schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.

-implement inventory management best practices such as fifo, inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.

experience:

-experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.

-demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.

required skills:

-proficiency in ms office, particularly excel or google sheets.

-certification in three sigma, six sigma, ghp, and gmp is mandatory.

-preference for additional certifications such as haccp, 5 s, iso 9001, iso , auditor's training, etc.

-strong discipline and attention to detail.

-excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.
