We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and a strong educational background in civil engineering. This full-time position requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design and Planning**: Develop detailed engineering plans and drawings for construction projects. Analyze site conditions and produce designs that meet safety and regulatory standards.

- **Project Management**: Oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.

- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and quality. Identify any issues and recommend solutions to ensure project compliance.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and support to team members and clients. Address any engineering-related queries and provide solutions to challenges that arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is essential.
