The Quality Head in Steel Fabrication is responsible for ensuring that all fabrication processes, materials, and finished products meet the companys quality standards, industry codes, and customer specifications. They develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system, including inspection plans, testing procedures, and documentation to guarantee product integrity and compliance. This role leads and mentors the quality team, conducts regular audits and inspections at every fabrication stage, identifies non-conformances, and drives corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects. They collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues, support root cause analysis, and ensure timely delivery without compromising standards. Additionally, the Quality Head liaises with clients, suppliers, and third-party inspectors, prepares quality reports, and ensures adherence to safety and environmental regulations, ultimately safeguarding the companys reputation for delivering high-quality steel fabricated structures.

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process management techniques. They will be expected to have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and change management principles to drive process improvements within the organization.The Technical Specialist will also be responsible for managing projects related to process optimization, data analysis, and statistical process control. They will be required to conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job Title: Microfine Production Plant Head -VRM OperationsKey Responsibilities:1. Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production activities, including raw material handling, grinding, burning, and cement milling. Operate Vertical roller mill and ball Mill.2. Quality Control: Ensure consistent product quality by implementing quality control measures and monitoring testing results.3. Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime experience in grading equipment. He should be working knowledge of PLC.4. Safety and Environment: Implement and enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.5. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, including shift supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.6. Production Planning: Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to plan production schedules, meet customer demands, and optimize inventory levels.7. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including energy consumption, raw material usage, and labour expenses.8. 1. Issuance and retrieval of Authorized documents (viz. Formats, Logbooks) to concerned department personnel.2. Prepare and review of IPQA related documents. 3. Ensure every employee follows GDP.4. Line clearance and verification for various production activities and dispatch as per procedures.5. Ensure to follow the sampling plan in the respective areas.6. Verification of logbooks in the respective areas.7. Segregations and filling of executed batch documents received from concerned department.8. Review of Batch records and Preparation of batch review checklists and batch release certificate.9. To perform daily walkthroughs in the respective areas.10. Basic knowledge on the Electrical/Electronic components.11. Ensure the Quality Standards are followed across the manufacturing site.12. Good Communication Skills.13. Excellent data collection and analysis skills.14. Good Knowledge in relevant regulatory standards.
