Quality Head (4-10 Years)

The Quality Head in Steel Fabrication is responsible for ensuring that all fabrication processes, materials, and finished products meet the companys quality standards, industry codes, and customer specifications. They develop, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system, including inspection plans, testing procedures, and documentation to guarantee product integrity and compliance. This role leads and mentors the quality team, conducts regular audits and inspections at every fabrication stage, identifies non-conformances, and drives corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects. They collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues, support root cause analysis, and ensure timely delivery without compromising standards. Additionally, the Quality Head liaises with clients, suppliers, and third-party inspectors, prepares quality reports, and ensures adherence to safety and environmental regulations, ultimately safeguarding the companys reputation for delivering high-quality steel fabricated structures.
