Responsible to take part in internal audit as an internal auditor.16. Responsible to train the new and existing manpower as per requirements/training plan for their upgradation.17. Responsible to ensure 100% implementations of customer specific requirements18. Responsible to update monthly CAPA for internal complaints.19. Responsible to achieve monthly KPIs for overall quality dept., and initiate action plans in case KPIs have not been achieved.20. Responsible to initiate improvement projects as per management guidelines.21. Responsible to share monthly MRM data of related KPIs along with action plans.
