Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all transactions to maintain clear records.3. **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and determine purchase needs based on inventory reports. Collaborate with the inventory team to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.4. **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends. Assess pricing and product offerings to make informed purchasing decisions.5. **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail to process orders accurately. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential for interacting with suppliers.
