The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations with a primary focus on maintaining and improving production quality. This role ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards, while also complying with safety and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance & ControlDevelop and implement quality control processes and standards across all production lines.Monitor product quality at various stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.Collaborate with QA/QC departments to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.Establish and track key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, yield rates, rework levels).2.
