The Ads Manager will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies across various social media platforms to meet business objectives. Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee overall performance marketing strategyCreate and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROASManage paid listings on third party websites and media partnersDevelop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategySet up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns etc.)Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaignsRegularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teamsConduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets
