- Efficiently inputting data into the company's database system:The data entry operator will be responsible for accurately and timely entering various types of data into the company's database system, ensuring that all information is inputted correctly.- Organizing and maintaining files and records:In addition to data entry, the operator will be required to organize and maintain files and records, making it easy to access and retrieve information when needed.- Updating and reviewing data for errors:Regularly reviewing and updating data entries to ensure accuracy and identifying and correcting any errors that may arise during the data entry process.- Generating reports and assisting with data analysis:Utilizing the data entered to generate reports for management and assisting with data analysis to identify trends or patterns within the data.Skills and Expectations:- Proficient in typing and data entry with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.- Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com, MD/Medicine Doctor, M.Sc, M.Tech education background preferred.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially in a work-from-home setting.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
