In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Quality Inspections: You will perform regular checks on incoming materials and finished products, ensuring they meet predefined specifications.- Develop Quality Control Processes: Design and implement efficient quality control procedures to minimize defects during production and enhance product reliability.- Analyze Quality Data: Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement to ensure continuous quality enhancement.- Coordinate with Production Teams: Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues and verify that corrective actions are implemented.- Prepare Reports: Document findings from inspections and analyses, preparing detailed reports to communicate quality issues and improvements to management.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have 2 to 4 years of experience in quality engineering. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you'll need to interpret data accurately. Attention to detail is crucial to identify even minor defects. Effective communication skills are important to work with different teams and present quality findings. A solid understanding of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO or Six Sigma, will be beneficial. You should also be proficient in using quality measurement tools and software.
