Full job descriptionWe are seeking a number of Medical Sales Managers with a strong marketing experience. Knowledge of launching a new product in the market will be preferred. The MSM must be equivalent and should justify the high standards level of GOLDWATER product quality and patient responses. Pl Note, GOLDWATER is well known since 35 years.This is a beautiful opportunity for selected MSMs. They will be posted at their choice headquarters (if vacant). Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by meeting new pharmaceutical stockists, chemists and doctors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential doctors and chemists. Present and promote GOLDWATERS high quality products and explaining their benefits and value. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from the market to help improve our products and services. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.You will1. Visit all important doctors and chemists of your allotted area and describe the high quality of our GOLDWATER products. Provide samples and persuade the doctors to try them on their patients and then prescribe our products. Thus creating a demand.2. Make suitable Stockist to distribute the products to chemists.3. Collect Stockist orders and send to us for supplies.The challenge of this job makes it interesting. You will see the market grow and later soar in about 3 to 5 years. You will realize when as time goes by, your work will become less and less, while your sale will increase exponentially and so will your income.Earnings; not just salary:If selected you will be allotted a headquarter district. You will have to promote your products in your area only.This is purely a business job and for the first 3 months company will support with a package advance of 14000 to 24000 for your expenses. There are various types of earnings, apart from this. You get 15% commission, Target incentives (upto 7%, depending on sale), Product incentives, Schemes and Deals. You can also do business and order directly to the company and get stockist profit also. So you can work like a business and grow with profits of the company. This is quite more than your expected salary.
