Export Executive is responsible for managing all the processes in the export department of a company also plans and coordinates the international clients.

Area of interest includes: Marketing/Analytics/Finance/HR/Operation Management/Logistic & Supply Chain Management/Organization BehaviorEducational Qualifications:(1) Candidate should possess good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's degree level in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Finance & others) from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.(2) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidate must have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET(3) Candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment.

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Completing paperwork for new hires.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.Managing internship programs.Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.Providing recruitment reports to team managers.The ability to conduct different types of interviews.Experience with recruitment processes and databases.The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.Excellent communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Good decision-making skills.A working knowledge of Legal Compliances..
