KEY RESULT/ WORK AREAS (KRA/KWAs)(a) Shall be responsible for understanding, strategizing and implementing the salesactivities of MEDIAYAANA ACADEMY and MEDIAYAANA and accomplishing thesales targets.(b) Shall be responsible for cash flow from their respective area.(c) Marketing, Branding and Promotion of Media Yaana in their respective area.(d) Develop and execute marketing events in their respective area across variouschannels including but not limited to social media, email, digital advertising, roadshows etc.(e) Undertake market survey / research as required.(f) Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, providing recommendationsfor optimization and improvement after each campaign.(g) Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.(h) Shall be responsible for developing and implementing media marketingstrategies to promote the company's products or services.(i) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute the sales strategiessuccessfully.(j) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging media platforms and recommendnew approaches to reach target audiences.(k) Provide daily/ weekly / monthly / quarterly updates and analysis of all the sales,marketing and branding activities undertaken in their respective district/ area andpresent it to management.(l) Give valuable inputs for creating content for marketing materials such asadvertisements and brochures.
