- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize room bookings, banquets, and event sales.- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to generate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotels rooms, restaurants, banquets, and special packages.- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media management, and online reputation enhancement.- Support in designing brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with the Mayflower Hotel brand image.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat and referral business.- Handle client inquiries professionally and follow up promptly to convert leads into confirmed bookings.- Maintain a client database and ensure accurate record keeping in the CRM system.- Promote and sell banquet spaces, conference rooms, and catering services for corporate events, weddings, and private functions.- Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth execution of client events.- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.- Provide insights and reports to management to support decision-making and improve marketing initiatives.- Work with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies, seasonal offers, and upselling techniques to maximize profitability.- Identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.- Represent Mayflower Hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and hospitality exhibitions.- Establish partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and online travel portals to increase visibility and business reach.- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to update the hotels website, online booking platforms, and social media pages.- Monitor online reviews and ratings, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer feedback.- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and activity summaries to management.- Maintain updated records of sales activities, contracts, and marketing materials.- Uphold the Mayflower Hotels brand image in all communications, presentations, and interactions.- Ensure a high level of professionalism and hospitality when dealing with clients and guests.
