Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.

Building and maintaining a database of customer information and keeping detailed records of customer interactions.

Collaborating with other teams such as sales and marketing to develop strategies for retaining and growing customer relationships.

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics.

Continuously updating their knowledge of the company's products and services as well as industry developments.

Maintaining knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends, and providing feedback to upper management on ways to improve the company's offerings.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a positive and proactive attitude. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, as well as prior experience in a customer-facing role.
