Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relations with existing PCD distributors.Resolve queries related to pricing, stock availability, schemes, and dispatch status.Ensure regular order flow from franchise partners.3. Sales & Marketing ActivitiesExplain product range, marketing support, promotional materials, and monopoly rights.Share product lists, price lists, and offers with customers.Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.4. Coordination with Internal TeamsCoordinate with billing/dispatch team for order status and delivery updates.Provide product feedback and market insights to management.5. Market & Competitor KnowledgeUnderstand PCD market trends, competitor ranges, and pricing strategies.Suggest new products or improvements based on customer needs.Required Skills & Qualifications12 years experience in PCD pharma sales or general pharma marketing.Good communication and convincing skills.Basic understanding of pharma formulations, product range, and monopoly marketing.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Proficiency in phone-based and digital sales (calls, WhatsApp, email).
