Job Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and pharma companies

€¢ Promote PCD Pharma franchise and 3rd party manufacturing services

€¢ Explain product range, monopoly rights, pricing, and company benefits

€¢ Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

€¢ Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status

€¢ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for order closure

€¢ Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ Female candidate preferred

€¢ Experience in PCD Pharma / Third Party Manufacturing telecalling

€¢ Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)

€¢ Confident, polite, and persuasive calling skills

€¢ Basic knowledge of pharma products & formulations

€¢ Ability to handle objections and close leads

€¢ MS Excel & basic computer knowledge
