Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven PCD Pharma Sales Executive to expand our franchise network, generate new business leads, and support existing distributors. The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify and generate leads for new PCD franchise partners across different territories.

Handle daily inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

Convert leads into active distributors through follow-ups and product presentations.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relations with existing PCD distributors.

Resolve queries related to pricing, stock availability, schemes, and dispatch status.

Ensure regular order flow from franchise partners.

3. Sales & Marketing Activities

Explain product range, marketing support, promotional materials, and monopoly rights.

Share product lists, price lists, and offers with customers.

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

Coordinate with billing/dispatch team for order status and delivery updates.

Provide product feedback and market insights to management.

5. Market & Competitor Knowledge

Understand PCD market trends, competitor ranges, and pricing strategies.

Suggest new products or improvements based on customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years experience in PCD pharma sales or general pharma marketing.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of pharma formulations, product range, and monopoly marketing.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Proficiency in phone-based and digital sales (calls, WhatsApp, email).
