Key ResponsibilitiesShift Planning & Execution: Review daily production plans and allocate operators, ITI technicians, and contract labor to specific machine lines to ensure target output is met.Output & Efficiency Optimization: Monitor machine cycle times, reduce idle times, and manage overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across the floor.Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that parts or materials produced match blueprint dimensions or standard quality checklists; identify defects immediately to minimize rejection and scrap rates.Breakdown Coordination: Coordinate closely with the maintenance team during mechanical or electrical breakdowns to ensure rapid restoration of machinery and minimal production delay.Shop-Floor Discipline & Safety: Enforce the continuous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), implement 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and maintain zero-accident safety protocols.Documentation & Shift Reporting: Maintain shift logbooks, track daily raw material consumption, record production counts, and draft precise shift-end reports for the plant manager.

JD - Sr. Manager/ Chief ManagerLocation: Gonde, NashikExperience: 12-15 Years of experience in similar type of industry, Pharmaceutical or Perfume glass Bottle Manufacturing industryQualification: B.E/ B.Tech, Graduate from science background with MBA from reputed university.Role & Responsibilities Review performance against operating plans and approve necessary improvements or corrective actions. Production Planning, Scheduling &Control. Oversee the entire production cycle, from raw material management to finished goods. Enhance in the targeted percentage of glass-to-glass yield & OEE over the last year. Minimize the Production losses, monitor yield, Improvement projects and ensure adherence to established production stan monitor Sops, and best practices. Review and approve departmental budgets, ensuring effective control of spending. Optimize labor, material utilization, and engineering efficiency. Ensure availability and maintenance of required production resources and equipment. Develop, implement, and maintain reporting systems related to production performance and metrics. Provide timely and accurate reports on production activities, deviations, and achievements. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and good housekeeping standards. Monitor adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Drive a safety-focused culture across the production team. Improve product quality and quantity within planned schedule while maintaining cost. The candidate should be from Rubber & Plastic background . should know Production , Planning QA , Plant Maint , Improvement ,activities , Budgeting , Finance , MIS, General Administration , Union Mgmt , Agreements etc

In-Process Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on the production line. This includes verifying raw materials, components, and the final product to ensure they meet specified standards.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all quality checks, test results, and production data. Ensure all batch records and logbooks are accurately filled out and signed.Deviation Handling: Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances from the standard operating procedures (SOPs). Investigate the root cause of these deviations and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory guidelines, and company quality policies.Sampling and Testing: Collect samples of products at various stages for laboratory testing. Perform basic in-process tests (e.g., tablet hardness, capsule weight variation, liquid volume).Training: Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality procedures and GMP requirements to foster a culture of quality.
