1. Oversee the management of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables in the hospital's inventory.2. Ensure accurate stock levels and reorder supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.3. Distribute hospital supplies to relevant departments and wards in accordance with their needs and priorities.11. Ensure that supplies are delivered on time and in the right quantities, maintaining an efficient supply chain.12. Monitor stock usage and consumption trends to help minimize wastage and optimize supply usage.13. Work closely with the finance department to ensure proper budget allocation for the store's requirements.14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock transactions, including receipts, issuance, and stock adjustments.15. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, orders, and usage trends for management review.16. Ensure compliance with hospital procedures for documentation and reporting.
